We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks before your event, especially for large orders or peak season dates. For weddings and large corporate events, 6–8 weeks is ideal to ensure full availability of your preferred items.

Yes! We offer full delivery, professional setup, and post-event collection. Our team will arrive ahead of your event time to ensure everything is perfectly arranged before your guests arrive.

We primarily serve Greater Accra and surrounding regions. For events outside Accra, we can still accommodate with adjusted logistics β€” reach out and we'll discuss your specific location.

Absolutely. We offer fully flexible rentals β€” you can combine chairs, tables, linens, and dΓ©cor items however you like to fit your event's style and budget. Our team is happy to help you find the perfect combination.

We require a deposit to confirm your booking, with the balance due before delivery. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund. Contact us for full details on your specific booking.

Yes, we do. For larger or more technical events, we can schedule a site visit to review access, layout, power points, and timing. This helps us plan accurately and deliver a smooth setup on event day.

We understand accidents can happen. If something is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible so we can assess it quickly. Charges depend on the extent of the damage, and we always explain everything clearly before any final billing.

Absolutely. You can add or adjust items after booking, subject to availability. The earlier you send changes, the easier it is for us to confirm stock and update your setup plan without stress.

Yes, we collaborate with external caterers, decorators, planners, and venue teams all the time. We are happy to coordinate with your preferred vendors so the entire event setup feels seamless and well-managed.

Our on-site setup service typically includes delivery, placement of rented items, layout arrangement based on your approved plan, final checks before guest arrival, and post-event pickup. If you need extra support like standby staff, we can include that too.
