We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks before your event, especially for large orders or peak season dates. For weddings and large corporate events, 6–8 weeks is ideal to ensure full availability of your preferred items.

Yes! We offer full delivery, professional setup, and post-event collection. Our team will arrive ahead of your event time to ensure everything is perfectly arranged before your guests arrive.

We primarily serve Greater Accra and surrounding regions. For events outside Accra, we can still accommodate with adjusted logistics — reach out and we'll discuss your specific location.

Absolutely. We offer fully flexible rentals — you can combine chairs, tables, linens, and décor items however you like to fit your event's style and budget. Our team is happy to help you find the perfect combination.

We require a deposit to confirm your booking, with the balance due before delivery. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund. Contact us for full details on your specific booking.
